+ will you do a cover-up?

this depends on which artist you’re working with. there are many variables in covering old work. we ask that you come in with an open mind. start by thinking about what you would like to see in place of the old tattoo, not just what you think is possible. a consultation is required prior to the tattoo appointment.

Deposit Policy

+ + +

a deposit is paid up front, secures an appointment time and is deducted from the final cost of the tattoo. if a tattoo takes multiple sessions to complete, the deposit amount is deducted at the last session. a deposit is required for every appointment.

deposits are nonrefundable & nontransferable. 48 hours notice is required to keep the original deposit valid when rescheduling. if too short notice is given, or the client no-shows, the deposit is forfeited. multiple attempts at rescheduling, even with 48 hours notice, may also result in forfeited deposit.

depending on the artist, a deposit may be required prior to a consultation. if the consultation results in the decision (by the client or the artist) not to go forward with the tattoo, the payment is counted as a consultation fee (not refunded). if a client makes changes to the tattoo concept* after the consultation is concluded, an additional deposit (and consultation) may be required before moving forward with the tattoo.

*for example, if a consultation occurs to discuss a tattoo of three birds and the client later decides they want three cats instead, that is a change to the concept. reasonable changes can usually be made to the design on the day of the appointment.

PLEASE BE ON TIME - do not arrive more than 5 minutes early for an appointment. if you are going to be more than 15 minutes late, call the shop or message your artist to check in. you may have to reschedule.
